In fact, I love it so much I even took a bunch of packets to Mexico to help our family stay hydrated. Also, really good for your kiddos that play sports or after workout. You simply pour one packet into a bottle of water = 3 bottles of water. IMO, it's pretty sweet, so I typically just use 1/2 a packet per water bottle. Strawberry has been my go-to flavor lately.
