Let's talk about Limphatic Health, Mommas

After surgery, one of the biggest things I focused on (besides rest) was supporting my lymphatic system.
Fun fact: your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like your heart. It relies on movement to keep fluid flowing and prevent buildup. When you’re healing, swollen, bloated, or not moving as much… that flow can slow down.
That’s where my vibration plate has been SUCH a game changer.
Standing on it creates rapid little muscle contractions that basically act like a gentle pump — helping:
• move stagnant fluid
• reduce swelling
• support circulation
• ease that heavy, puffy feeling
• gently activate muscles (without intense workouts)
Especially post-op when I couldn’t lift or do my normal workouts, this let me stimulate my body in a low-impact way. I’ve been using it consistently for lymphatic drainage and recovery support and I genuinely feel less swollen and tighter overall.
I typically do about 10 minutes on a lower setting and just stand or do light squats. Easy. Manageable. Effective.
If you struggle with:
• bloating
• fluid retention
• sluggish feeling
• post-workout recovery
• post-surgery swelling
This might be something to look into. Obviously always check with your doctor — but for me, it’s been such a helpful addition to my recovery routine.
I’ll link the one I have
Have you ever tried one?? I’d love to hear your experience!
